Dolphin Multimedia is a full service Real Estate Media Company. From listing photo and aerial services, to virtual tours and floor plans – we provide real value to our clients through sincere relationships and high quality media. We know how hard you’ve worked to build your brand, and we always make sure to be a complement to that fact.  We provide services to real estate agents, home owners listing their houses for sale by owner, and short term rental owners.  Dolphin Multimedia specializes in residential photography, but is also able to provide high quality services to commercial locations. 

HDR Listing Photos

The most important part of any real estate listing is high quality photos.  We use a high dynamic range process of taking multiple exposures to bring out the light and dark areas of each room.

Aerial Photographs

These are a great way to showcase land, views, lake proximity, neighborhood location, etc.  Photographers hold a Remote Pilot Certificate from the FAA indicating they are commercially licensed to fly UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) under FAA’s UAS Rules Part 107.

Matterport 3D Real Estate Virtual Tour

Matterport 3D tours are the latest in easy to use 3D tour technology.  Tours will always be MLS compatible, unless additional features and links are requested for non-MLS purposes.  Labeled 3D floor plans included.

Schematic Floor Plans

A professional floor plan that can be used as one of the photos for MLS listing with room measurements included.  Photos can also be used for property flyers or given to potential buyers.

All of these services are beneficial for both residential real estate photography as well as commercial locations.  However, for commercial listings, there are further services offered, such as submitting photos to Google.
