Multimedia Assessment

The first step in working with an organization is to conduct a complimentary assessment for our client to evaluate their current use of multimedia.

Online presence

Without input from the client, we will evaluate the online presence.  We feel that the best way to do this is through social media searches and Google searches without input from the organization, because if we can’t find it easily online, it is likely that the consumer will not be able to either.  We will evaluate an organization’s website, social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), as well as online rating services such as Google, Yelp, and Trip Advisor. 

In-person media

When possible, we will also provide an in-person assessment of the location’s use of digital media on site.  This begins with making it easy for in-person consumers to engage with the client online through social media QR codes.  When appropriate, we will also evaluate whether organizations, such as museums, use resources, such as visible QR codes, to link online multimedia to related exhibits and displays.

Next, we work with the client to develop and implement a plan to improve both online and in-person engagement through the use of digital media.
